Ownly responsible, you plan, implement, monitor and optimise our operational processes in health and safety You are contact person:in and coach for our factory management, executives and employees on all topics related to safety and health Analysis of work accidents and risk assessments will help you develop targeted prevention measures You implement group-wide requirements (e.g. reporting, documentation, KPIs) and develop a location-specific strategy Specific trainings are designed and carried out by you – you will also introduce new colleagues in the field of occupational safety. You take care of the creation, care and continuous development of risk assessments and workplace analyses For internal and external audits, you take over the planning, implementation and evaluation

A completed study in the technical or scientific field – or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience – forms the basis of your expertise. You are a qualified and certified specialist in occupational safety. You bring several years of experience from relevant areas such as manufacturing, maintenance or process development in a manufacturing environment. A sense of responsibility, self-initiative and a structured way of working distinguish you. You like to work in the team and move safely in cooperation across different hierarchy levels. Your communication is clear and convincing – both in German and in English. You are very familiar with the current MS Office programs. Do you have a training or qualification as a specialist for occupational safety in Germany? Do you have a valid work permit for Germany? Do you have German knowledge on at least B2 level? Do you have professional experience as a specialist in occupational safety in Germany? ?
