Master data management: procurement, testing and maintenance of relevant product and compliance master data Data analysis: Control of master data and documents on plausibility and topicality Internal coordination: coordination of relevant data and documents with internal process partners Optimization of processes in close coordination with product management Document management: care and assignment of documents, e.g. safety data sheets, hazardous goods data and product safety information Quality assurance: Creating simple overviews, checklists and evaluations to ensure the necessary quality

Training & Qualification: Successfully completed commercial or technical training, e.g. Kaufmann im Groß- und Ausländermanagement (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Professional experience & expertise: First experience in the care, testing or procurement of stem and/or stem Product data desirable, ideally related to compliance data, technical product information, safety data sheets, hazardous goods, customs or product safety IT- & language skills: Secure handling of MS-Office, especially Excel, as well as reliable knowledge of German (mind. C1) Personal Competence: Careful handling of data and documents as well as a structured, careful and reliable way of working, strong quality awareness and good communication skills as well as interest in standardizing and optimising operational processes and joy in shaping simple processes, checklists and work instructions
