The practical-integrated dual study is based on a three-year practical training in Munich combined with eight 14-day presence phases at the Center for Real Estate Studies (CRES) in Freiburg. In the course of study “Immobilienwirtschaft B.A.” you will get to know the entire range of real estate management. The main contents of the company's training are real estate management (rental, lease, inheritance law and forest management supplemented by WEG management in cooperation), property traffic (e.g. building land development, assessment and transaction supplemented by real estate distribution, notariat and land register office in cooperation) as well as strategic real estate management, facility management and building project management.
