Head of the office of the joint committee of experts (m/f/d)

You work fully, independently in the entire range of tasks of the Expert Committee. You carry out the purchase price collection and value purchase contracts according to standardised procedures. You prepare and accompany the meetings of the Committee of Experts. You provide technical information, surveys and data bases for the soil grade meetings. You maintain cooperation and professional exchange with the participating municipalities. You create transport value reports as well as assessments for municipal and tax purposes. You analyse data and contribute to the creation of the property market report as well as other data and statistics necessary for the determination of value. You're taking over the controlling for the Board of Experts. You are responsible for the budget. You are responsible for the management of the Committee of Experts. This includes, in particular, the supervision of the service and specialist, the management of personnel discussions, as well as the management, organisation and motivation of the team.

You have completed their studies, preferably in the fields of experts, real estate management, surveying/geodeia, civil engineering or a comparable course of study with reference to property valuation. Alternatively, you have training in the construction or real estate sector as well as several years of professional experience in valuation. You shall apply the relevant legal bases safely. You work independently, independently, structured and responsible. You have team skills and a strong communication skills in dealing with customers. You have a driving licence of class B. You have a well-founded knowledge of property assessment and statistical evaluation methods. You ideally have experience in handling specialist software, especially GIS, WinAKPS and ProSa. You are characterized by a pronounced organizational, communication and cooperation capacity as well as by analytical and conceptual thinking. You are a leading person with strong communication skills, high performance, decision-making, enforcement capacity and team capacity and have a goal-oriented and situative leadership competence.
