Developing digital ideas: You design creative solutions for a customer-oriented service and are responsible for their implementation and control. Designing a customer journey: The conception and implementation of customer journey management is one of your tasks. Optimize processes: You develop our customer processes and ensure their efficient implementation. Project management: You take over the management of projects in close coordination with the network community and our service partners.

Qualification found: You have a completed technical or business degree or a comparable qualification. Readiness & analytical skills: You are motivated to learn new things, to deal with topics in depth and together with colleagues, customers: to develop suitable solutions. Team player with organizational talent: You work conscientiously, are committed and can flexibly supervise and prioritize several topics. Experience & Passion: Professional experience in customer management as well as pleasure in digitizing the energy world are of advantage.
