• Support for administrative tasks in order processing
• Advice on products and services for interested parties

Your profile for the commercial employee in customer service (m/w/d) Hybrid:

• First experience in customer care or interest to obtain them
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and ideally with SAP IS-U
• Reliability and good figures
• Communication strength and excellent knowledge of German in word and writing
• Team orientation and high organizational capability
• Flexibility and solution orientation in handling customer requests
