Specialist Coordinator for Inpatient Services - Rehabilitation (f/m/d)

You are responsible for the fundamental processing of statutory and aid matters in the field of rehabilitation. You formulate requirements for IT systems (e.g. HI, scanning subsystem/document detection, M-text) and create or write texts for info brochures, the PBeaKK homepage and our customer magazine vitamin. You accompany IT implementations in cooperation with internal and external partners, coordinate tests and work in the specialist applications to optimize quality and processes. You are responsible for the ongoing adaptation of the statutes to legal conditions, as well as the development, maintenance and further development of guides as a processing directive, and You issue orders and service instructions for the sites. You support the operational areas in the design or Optimization of work documents and sample letters, and also conduct seminars and workshops. Making decisions in individual cases is also one of your tasks. You are contact persons*in specialist questions for professional associations and service providers.

You ideally have a completed bachelor's degree in the field of business management, health management or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the advertised job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. Ideally, you have first knowledge of PBeaKK's aid and statute law. You have very good oral and written communication skills. Their work is characterised by systematic and analytical thinking.
