Conducting telephone customer surveys in the active customer base and their documentation Preparation and dispatch of electronic customer surveys and detection of tracers Testing and recording of general customer feedback and service contract notices in CRM Portal operation and support of email mailboxes Creation of evaluations and reports and distribution of reports within the organisation Situational support in projects in the fields of customer excellence and sales
