AI Compliance Manager:in – Focus Technical AI Governance

Analysis of requirements and risks in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the global environment and evaluation of the technological implementation of AI systems Support of AI development projects and support in the implementation of controls in technical systems and in compliance with compliance requirements before commissioning deriving and designing adequate guidelines, processes and risk-based control mechanisms, taking into account the AI strategy and the relevant group functions Consultation and awareness of international units and project teams to implement AI solutions in accordance with regulatory, ethical and technical requirements Identification and assessment of risks related to AI systems and derivation of appropriate control measures Developing and converting standards and specifications into existing IT governance and control processes with a focus on technical feasibility and feasibility Communication and reporting to relevante stakeholders:inside and supporting external audits

Successful study of economics, computer science, data science or in a comparable field Practical experience with the topics of IT governance, IT risk, IT compliance and software development Knowledge of AI systems, e.g. through practical experience in software development, data science, or in technical consulting or governance roles Knowledge of relevant principles, frameworks and standards, in particular with regard to AI (including EU AI Act) Self-employed and proactive mode of operation with high result orientation Ability to provide pragmatic solutions in demanding technological and regulatory issues Pre-experience in the (industrial) insurance, banking or regulated environment desirable Impressed communication skills, including in the international environment and with stakeholders: in different levels Flowing German and English knowledge in Word and Writing (min.
