The gender-specific use of a job title has no influence on the actual selection for the position. Equal opportunities, inclusion, acceptance of differences and mutual appreciation are raised with us. (m/w/d) at any time we bring appreciation and respect to all employees – regardless of gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion or belief, disability, age and orientation and identity. The LGL actively supports the equality of all employees (m/w/d) in the sense of the Free State of Bavaria as a service owner and employer. All our jobs are in principle part-time, as far as job sharing ensures the performance of the described tasks. We welcome women and men's applications, especially when it comes to areas of our office, where they have so far been in a much smaller number. In areas where women are employed in much lesser numbers than men, women are particularly encouraged to apply (Article 7(3) BayGlG). The inclusion of (heavy) disabled employees (m/w/d) is also a big concern for us. We already work with more severely disabled people than prescribed by law. They are preferably taken into account with substantially the same suitability in the selection. At LGL we understand diversity as an enrichment, so of course we welcome applications from people of all nationalities.
