In your role as project manager (m/w/d) photovoltaic, you contribute directly to the energy transition and accompany photovoltaic projects from initial planning to successful delivery to our customers. Together with internal and external partners, you ensure that high-quality photovoltaic systems are implemented safely, economically and on time. You check the technical feasibility of photovoltaic projects, create project planning and develop individual solutions for our customers. Your tasks include the creation of offers, material planning and the procurement of all necessary components such as modules, inverters and substructures. Together with customers, subcontractors and network operators, you coordinate appointments, obtain necessary permits and ensure a smooth project run. During the construction phase, you control and monitor after-contractors, ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements and document the progress of the project. The technical coordination with contracting entities, regular collection/distribution of information on the progress of construction and the acceptance and transfer of the finished plants are also in your responsibility. By post-calculation, target-actual comparisons and careful documentation, you create the basis for sustainable project success and a high customer satisfaction.

Qualification: You have completed training, preferably in the electrical, roof or construction environment. A further development to the master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) is advantageous. Experience: You bring several years of practical experience in the field of photovoltaics, roof construction, electrical installation or in the building management and know the requirements on construction sites from the first hand. Know-how and skills: Finding knowledge in the field of photovoltaics, roof structures, module technology, inverters as well as the relevant standards and regulations. In addition, you have a pronounced organisational skill and work structured even in challenging situations. Nice to have: knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations for construction services as well as construction law are welcome as well as a master letter in the electrical or roofing crafts. Personality: You are convinced by your communication strength, your safe occurrence towards customers and service providers and your high self-responsibility. Teamwork is of course for you. Mobility: For the support of the projects on site you have a valid passenger ticket.
