Planning, management and monitoring of projects in building modernization, in particular in heating modernization with heat pump solutions Creation and monitoring of project budgets and construction schedules to meet deadlines, quality and budget Coordination of procurement preparation and the internal and external subcontractors and logistics companies involved in the construction, including communication and coordination of specialist planners and departments Implementation of construction meetings and on-site decreases, follow-up of defect elimination and follow-up management Control of operational key figures and regular reporting on project progress Identification and management of project risks for early detection and solution of potential problems

Completed training as master, technician or study in the topic of TGA Multiannual professional experience as project manager:in project management is desirable Very good knowledge of common MS Office programs as well as safe handling in the application systems SAP/RE (SAP/ERP) Knowledge of heating technology and relevant standards and regulations are desirable Excellent communication and problem-solving capability as well as a structured operation Understanding the technical context, number affinity, independent and result-oriented working methods
