Werkstudent Kundenberatung / Telefonservice (m/w/d) – up to 20 hours/week Besides your studies, you want to gain practical experience, develop your communication skills and become part of a motivated team? Then we support us as a working student (m/w/d) in the field of outbound telephony and bring our customers towards their homes.

Your tasks You can arrange appointments by telephone with stock customers of the savings banks. You will inform customers about the advantages and possibilities of building saving. You finally document your conversations and structured in our system. You take the correspondence with customers and interested parties, such as appointment confirmations.
