With Managed and Professional Services, you support organizations such as cities, counties or schools in managing mobile devices You advise our sales team as well as our customers to use MDM solutions and to host MDM Your most important tool is our ticket system in which you process internal and external enquiries around the MDM and expect new challenges every day The close cooperation in the team will help you get started so you can quickly become a support for the team

Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows 10/11) Experience with MDM systems (Relution, Jamf, Intune), experience with zero-touch deployment (ABM/ASM, Knox Mobile Enrollment) Knowledge of network protocols (DNS, HTTPS) and the handling of SSL certificates Secure handling of Linux (command line, preferably Ubuntu, Debian or RHEL derivatives such as AlmaLinux) Nice to have: Installation and configuration of MDM servers Use of REST APIs, automation with tools like Ansible Implementation of Certificate Services (SCEP), Integration of Directory Services (AD/LDAP) Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
