(Senior) Manager Sales & Performance Controlling Köln (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our central controlling team, we are looking for you as a (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) Sales & Performance Controlling at the Cologne site as soon as possible.

In your new function, build regional performance controlling in close cooperation with Group CFO You are involved in the migration from our internal Lead & Churn tracker into a group-wide CRM tool and control the process as a main responsibility In addition, you create sales plans and budgets and are responsible for defining location-specific sales targets You take over the central lead & Churn tracking within the group and use it for controlling the defined sales targets You are responsible for the systematic data evaluation and the creation of forecasts and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making for top management incl. Preparation of results in presentations In addition, you take on project-related special evaluations and support in deriving recommendations for action The further development of controlling and reporting instruments is also one of your new tasks

You have at least 5 years of well-founded professional experience in performance / sales controlling in insurance or Occupational field as well as a degree in economics or comparable, for example in BWL, VWL, economic mathematics, business administration In dealing with Excel, you are as safe as in the application of BI and reporting tools, experience in handling LucaNet and MS Power BI is desirable Ideally, you have already gained experience in the introduction of CRM systems and can have best practices incorporated into your new role with us. Your strong analytical thinking skills as well as your high problem-solving competence are your strengths You work analytically, structured and keep an overview even under pressure Flowing German and good English skills (min. B2) complete your profile
