Customer orientation: With the help of modern technologies, you will ensure a high customer satisfaction by professionally answering both technical and accounting questions. Advice and sales: As a customer champion, you will recognize potentials to advise our customers individually and according to requirements and to offer them suitable services. You combine advice and sales to a unique customer experience. Teamwork: You work with your colleagues in the team to develop new ideas and improve both our customer service and the billing area. Training: Internal trainings make you a professional in customer communication as well as in our product range and billing processes.
