HR-Expert:in (m/w/d)

Advising and designing: At internal level, you advise on basic contractual and business constitutional matters. In addition, you negotiate and set up independent business agreements and regulatory agreements. From your expertise, you bring legally safe and practical solutions. Manage complex projects: You take over demanding HR special tasks and projects of strategic importance. This includes the coordination of the approval process for the introduction of IT systems within the NEW Group. Work law competence shows: You are a contact person:in for executives and HR business partners:in diffizilen personal questions. You have a degree with a focus on staff, labour law or a comparable qualification. You can look back on a professional experience at least five years as a HR expert:in the above. You already have experience in collaborative cooperation with works councils and can convince in particular with complex topics and negotiations through your negotiation and brokerage skills. With your deep knowledge of working, business and collective bargaining law (required in tariff TV-V and TV-N NW), you develop solutions to challenging issues, e.g. the design of business agreements. Your work is characterised by structured, predictive action and willingness to design: You're acting with you - self-initiative, ingenious and reliable.
