You support the identification and evaluation of IT compliance risks. You advise our customers in the field of industry and finance in Germany and abroad on all issues of IT compliance, in particular NIS2, EU Data Act, AI Regulation, GDPR and CRA. You are responsible for the further development of the IT compliance management system and the corresponding processes as well as the introduction and implementation of industrial standards at our customers (including ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO22301, ISO37301). You accompany pre-sales appointments. You actively pursue legal development and derive adjustments to our portfolio elements. You carry out Gap and Performance analyses on the implementation of regulatory requirements at our customers. You examine and monitor data processing operations as part of the participation in audits and certifications and are responsible for the preparation and implementation of employee and executive training.

Graduate degree in law, economic law, economics, economics, business informatics or computer science Business lawyer or full lawyer with 2-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably as consultant (w/m/d) Strong interest in and understanding IT topics as well as business-oriented and sales-affected consultant*in (w/m/d) mentality Certifications such as CIPP-E, CISM, CISSP, AIGP, IT compliance managers are desirable, but no must have Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing
