On-Site-Support Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will see the operational backbone of the site backup and control the interface between internal warehouse, field service and key accounts. Visible leadership & team stabilisation: Present and close leadership of the commercial team on site. Motivation, strengthening the quality awareness and further development of team leaders and professional employees. Escalation & Interface Management: First contact for customers and internal departments in quality, delivery and appointment issues. Close gearing and optimization of the processes between storage and field service. Performance & KPI control: monitoring of reactivity times and performance indicators (e.g. reactivity, reopen rate) according to customer specifications as well as ensuring a clean documentation and time recording. Operational Excellence & Risk Management: Continuous Process Optimization to Improve Efficiency, Compliance with Air Rules and Classification and Priority of Work Packages in Layer Operation.

Leadership experience: 1–3 years of detectable leadership practice (disciplinary and professional) in operational, dynamic environments. Industry Background: Cross-enterers from industry or the technical field service (e.g. wind energy, railway technology, mechanical engineering, logistics) are expressly welcome! Experience in aviation is a plus. Hands-on-Mentality & Resilience: High decision-making pleasure, pragmatism and loadability compared to short-term clock specifications and customer requirements. Tools & Systems: Application security in the MS Office package (in particular well-founded Excel identifiers for reporting); Experience with industry-standard order management systems of advantage. Languages & Mobility: German language skills (C2) for the daily management of mechanics on site as well as good English (C1) for customer and management communication. Valid driving licence class B.

Framework conditions: Attractive salary package (70.000 € – 90.000 € p.a., depending on the experience and qualification), unlimited work contract, trust work time and 30 days holiday.
