Ensuring the technically perfect condition, order and overall condition of the property, including control of buildings and technical installations Communication with users or tenants and coordination and supervision of external service providers in compliance with occupational safety regulations

Implementation of small repairs, maintenance and support of service technicians in maintenance and repair work

Planning, control and control of repair work, refurbishment measures and modernization in private and external performance, including the creation and follow-up of repair orders

Creation of reports and documentation on maintenance, repairs, decreases, deficiencies and special events

Complete technical training (e.g. electronics, electricians, plant mechanic SHK, gas and water installer, industrial mechanic, mechatronics for climate and refrigeration technology) Multiannual professional experience (at least 2 years) or training English at least.
