In the role of the contractor's representation, you conduct comprehensive modernization and maintenance measures in the housing stock and in commercial objects. The main focus is on the project management of the commissioned companies and companies over all cost groups and performance phases of the cost group 300 and 500. You are responsible for the economic, technical and temporal success, in compliance with the technical standards and specifications of the technical management. The focus is on cost and quality control as well as risk analysis over all phases of the project, from project planning, construction preparation, construction execution, to acceptance and handover to the area of building management. The coordination and execution of the construction services including the audit of the invoice belongs to your task field. This includes the implementation of tender procedures including the review of performance content, the commercial and technical negotiation and the conclusion of planner and construction contracts in cooperation with the team of the Central Purchase. All construction projects take place in the inhabited state, so the support of our customers is also part of your task. In addition, you take over the internal communication with the participating specialist departments regarding the planned construction projects and coordinate customer requests in the construction process. To transfer the projects into the building operation, carry out VOB collections and manage the documentation of the building after completion of the project.

You have a degree in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the described task. In the EDV you can master the common office applications as well as the architecture software used by us (ARCHICAD and ORCA). Class B driving licence is mandatory. Personally, you are characterized by an independent and independent way of working. You have a high organizational ability and a structured process-oriented thinking and acting. A sense of responsibility and willingness to use is of course for you. Your profile is rounded off by performance, enforcement, communicative skills and a binding occurrence.
