Quality Manager for System Implementation (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for an effective quality management system in the projects to be supervised in the field of systems & projects

• Contact persons for project managers on site and training of the corresponding project members

• Responsible for regular communication and cooperation with the project partners

• Identification of key faults and implementation of key fault analyses with suitable quality management tools

• Participation and representation of customer-relevant quality requirements in customer acceptance (iFAT / FAT / quality check)

• Accompanying customer audits and action tracking at the site

• Responsible for the creation, testing and signing of quality services

• Development of the QM system in the department by creating process and project roadmaps

• A completed study in the field of electrical engineering, communications technology or comparable

• Including professional experience in quality management

• A deeper understanding of quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001 and their practical application

• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods, Lean Six Sigma, risk management and problem solving techniques

• Experience in project management, including planning, monitoring and management of projects

• Excellent communication skills in word and writing as well as skills in coaching

• Ability to work effectively in the team to achieve a common goal

• customer-oriented thinking and experience in handling customer requirements and complaints

• experience in the planning, implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits and in the implementation of corrective measures
