We work in our facility according to a closed concept with tribal groups. In our two groups of cribs, 15 children aged 1 to 3 are cared for. In the integration group, a total of 18 children and 25 children aged between 3 and 6 are supervised in the two kindergarten groups. In their children's daycare centres, the workers' welfare is pursuing the goal of promoting children throughout their personal development and offering their facilities a family-supporting offer. The AWO daycare centres are open to all children of the various social, confessional and national groups. They thus form a differentiated, multilayered, forming and social learning environment. The main tasks include child-friendly implementation of the basic values of the welfare of workers, solidarity, tolerance, freedom, equality and justice.
