As Quality Manufacturing Engineer / FAI Leader (m/w/d), you are sometimes responsible for APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning: Implementation of the Elements Control Plan, Support P-FMEA and SPC in cooperation with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for project management: Representation of the complete quality area within the project. Project planning of individual quality activities. Following tasks await you:

• APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning: Implementation of the elements Control Plan, Support P-FMEA and SPC in cooperation with stakeholders
• Project management: Representation of the complete quality area within the project. Project planning of individual quality activities. Transversal exchange with interfaces
• FAI - First Article Inspection: Planning, Coordination and Implementation of Tasks within the FAI (Preparation and Organization, FAI Kick-off, Action Follow Up,…)
• Inspection Planning: Planning, coordination and monitoring of tasks of testing planning (e.g. control plan, test plans, test dynamics). Responsible for the creation of specific, complex test instruction documents
• Interface Engineering: Connector to Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering
• Work plans and SOI: Support and approval of work plans and SOI ́s (Standard Operation Instructions)
• Participation in Multi Functional Team (MFT) Rounds and representation of quality issues

We wish:

• A completed (technical) degree in engineering, composites / composites, quality management, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in engineering, manufacturing / production, plastics and rubber technology, quality management, in the handling of composites
• Practical experience in quality management, preferably in First Article Inspection; Experience with metallic manufacturing processes desirable
• Analytical, solution-oriented, strong communication, team-ready as well as open and motivated for new
