This position is limited to 2 years.

Advice and support: You are the central contact person for all questions relating to occupational safety, advise managers and employees and support in implementing organisational and technical protection measures. Risk assessments and prevention: You create and update risk assessments, identify risks and develop effective measures to prevent accidents - from analysis to sustainable implementation. Gettings and Audits: You regularly check working conditions on site (Germany-wide), equipment and work equipment at construction sites and locations, document defects and accompany internal audits as well as meetings of the Work Protection Committee. Technical advice and equipment: You participate in the selection and procurement of work equipment and personal protective equipment and ensure that all legal requirements are met. Subcontractor management: You perform pre-qualifications, enter external service providers within the framework of our integrated management system and ensure highest safety standards.

Qualification: You have a completed training in a technical profession (e.g. master, technician) or a completed engineering degree. Sifa certificate: You have the qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (Sifa). Legal knowledge: You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations and standards (e.g. Work Protection Act, DGUV, ISO 45001) and apply them safely in practice. Professional experience: You bring experience in the field of occupational safety and safety and know the relevant regulations and processes. Soft Skills: You bring analytical thinking, problem-solving competence as well as communication and enforcement skills.
