In order to strengthen our legal department at the headquarters of the CONET Group in Bonn, we are looking for a full legal expert (m/w/d) with a focus on IT law and interest in diverse legal issues as well as projects in a growing company in a future industry.

Advising our areas of expertise (including top management) on economic issues in the area of IT and digitalization (including IT services, cloud, AI, software development, cyber security) Compilation and Examination of Contract Works, AGB and Terms of Use in the IT-law Context Contract negotiations with service providers as well as customers of the private and public sector Monitoring and implementation of legislative developments (e.g. AI Act) Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)

State Examina completed with convincing results multi-year professional experience in IT law, ideally in a firm or in the legal department of a company Interest in technological trends and their legal impact open and convincing personality good English skills
