The Hanseatic city of Lüneburg is looking forward to competent reinforcement in the field of early childhood education and care – at the next possible time, limited until 31.05.2028 and part-time in the range of 30 hours per week as

The design of the part-time can take place after individual consultation in the work area, so that the performance of tasks is ensured. The weekly working time must be completed after a schedule from 06:45 to 17:15.

At the Schützenstraße Children's Daycare Centre, 152 children aged two to eight years are supervised in eight groups. It consists of 4 cooperation units. The children's daycare team currently consists of 32 pedagogical staff and 8 persons in the household sector.

Their tasks include in particular:

• the care and promotion of children in the interests of the well-being of each individual child and taking into account the supervisory obligation;
• cooperative cooperation with parents, in particular counselling in educational matters, the implementation of “door and fishing talks” and the planning and implementation of parental talks;
• the co-design of a parent-education partnership and
• active participation in team and service meetings and study days.

You can convince us with this:

• a completed training as a state-approved educator or as a state-approved educator,
• pedagogical knowledge as well as knowledge of the legal basis (Achtes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB VIII), Kindertagesstättengesetz, Arbeitsrecht, Niedersächsischer Orientationplan),
• expertise in the documentation and observation and in parental talks and the development process of children,
• the ability to analyse, reflective and documenting work,
• joy in dealing with children and parents,
• interest and willingness to implement and further develop the pedagogical concept,
• collaborative capacity and team capacity (responsible cooperation with the College of the Children's Days and in small teams),
• reliability and sense of responsibility as well as flexibility,
• constructive conflictability and
• a dedicated, creative and friendly personality.

In order to take up an activity, a proof of sufficient measles (ters) with a medical certificate must be submitted. This measles immunity can also be demonstrated by two detected measles vaccinations. This does not apply, should you be born before 1970.

Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the collective agreement for the public service – social and educational services (TVöD SuE), remuneration group S 8a.
