As a working student:in (m/w/d) for empowerment projects in digitalization, you support our internal digitalization unit NEXT (New Experience with digital Technologies) to lead the energy world of the Bayernwerk into the digital future! Together with our team, you are driving the ability of employees to actively shape the digital transformation of Bayernwerk. You support the design and development of training offerings that help employees effectively use digital tools and facilitate their work - both for presence training and online formats. You accompany the implementation of workshops, take part-projects on your own and support the participants. You're talking about the development of digital solutions and strengthening the networking of participants. You work on team-wide projects that support employees in developing digital solutions, bringing ideas and helping them to measure their success. You develop communication materials, such as guides and intranet posts, to inspire employees for their possibilities in digitalization and to convey changes in a comprehensible way.

You are a student:in, ideally focusing on human resources development, education, psychology, digitalization or transformation/change management, or bringing practical experiences in one of these topics.
