• You will take care of the support of customer networks, troubleshooting, remote analysis and solution of incidents, changes and problem processing according to ITIL standards.
• In your position, you take the administration and configuration of routers, switches, WLAN components and firewalls into customer corporate networks.
• You take over the analysis, optimization, further development and maintenance of existing IT systems.
• The independent implementation of projects in the network and security environment of our medium-sized customers also falls within your area of responsibility.
• In addition, you will take care of the implementation of WLAN Site Surveys and the creation of network documentation.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training or studies in the IT field
• Multiannual professional experience in the field of network and security, preferably with products from 'Cisco', 'HPE/Aruba', 'Fortinet' and 'Sophos'.
• Deeper knowledge in the administration and configuration of routers, switches as well as WLAN, firewall and security solutions, corresponding manufacturer certifications are advantageous
• Technical understanding of complex IT landscapes and infrastructures
