Senior Manager Zoll / Customs (m/f/d)

Responsibility: In your role as an expert, you drive our projects forward and are always looking for further optimization options. You initiate and implement “leading practices” approaches in interdisciplinary teams. Knowledge sharing: training and mentoring for your colleagues, as well as the exchange of customs knowledge to all stakeholders within the company make you successful.

Variety: You are interested in import and export projects, accompany customs checks and are contact person within the company in customs matters. In the case of complex customs topics, you will assist colleagues in the day-to-day business with your know-how.

Creativity: You have a high degree of freedom of design in implementing your initiatives.

Competence: You take a leading role in a cross-functional team in terms of professional competence and promote team effectiveness to achieve team goals through close cooperation. You are also a contact person for authorities, external service providers, suppliers and our logistics locations.

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business management, finance and Customs administration or similar training with appropriate practical experience, in particular in the application of relevant customs procedures You have deepened experience with permits and customs procedures with economic importance (e.g. customs warehouse procedures, transit procedures) as well as good project management skills

You bring safe communication skills in German and English

You have a proven track record in managing complex process improvements and implementations
