• modern remuneration according to tariff based on the TVöD, entrance 2.994,17 € to 3.355,14 € brutto

(full-time, depending on the relevant professional experience)

• a completed artisanal or real estate training
• Joy and empathy in dealing with children
• practical professional experience and knowledge in the field of industrial installations

• Willingness to work outside the usual working hours
• Knowledge and safe handling of the common office programs
• extended guidance certificate (subject to request for employment)
• Class B driving licence

• the execution of small repairs and maintenance measures - independent as well as according to requirements
• maintenance of equipment and furniture
• recognition and reporting of defects, accident and health hazards to supervisors or in each case
• disposal of waste and disassembled equipment in accordance with the applicable regulations
• care of outdoor facilities, parking spaces, entrance area and courtyard
• maintenance and maintenance of the workshop, tooling and machine technology
• Winter service
