Expert (m/w/d) for international tax law

They advise group companies on various issues of national and international tax law. They accompany international tax topics of the tkMS group, e.g. compliance with international reporting and declaration obligations (§ 138 AO, DAC 6, (P)CbCR, Pillar II). They contribute to the care of complex shipbuilding projects with international reference. To do this, you act as a contact person for tax issues in order initiation and processing. They support the creation of billing price documentation of group companies. They support the supervision of tax issues in M&A projects. They work in the continuous development and monitoring of the Tax Compliance Management System. This includes, among other things, the implementation and updating of tax processes and corporate regulations (e.g. guidelines / work instructions).

You have successfully completed your studies in economics and/or law or have many years of experience as a tax specialist (m/w/d). You have successfully completed a tax consultant exam or are tax advisor candidates. They have knowledge of international tax law. You are so confident with data processing programs (SAP, Microsoft Office). They convince by your communicative skills, combined with an independent and reliable way of working. They bring organisational skills, problem-solving competence and analytical thinking skills. For this position you need very good German and English skills. They bring joy to occasional national and international missions.
