You advise, accompany and support executives and employees in all HR topics along the Employee Life Cycle You are a Sparring partner:in and consultant:in for executives and their teams in organisational changes and their implementation, and accompany transformation and change processes You bring your HR expertise into projects You work closely with the teams of Recruiting, HR Development and Compensation & Benefits You are the first respondent to labour law issues and work legislation You carry out evaluations and analyses on HR questions and implement operational personnel work

You have a degree in the field of BWL with a focus on staff, law or a comparable degree You have extensive professional experience as HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in a production company You have good knowledge of working and collective bargaining, ideally in the field of metal and electrical industries, as well as in cooperation with the bodies of the employee representation You enjoy working with different stakeholders and a talent for networking You have high consulting skills, with the ability to have different perspectives in mind You have very good knowledge of German and communication You work proactively and solution-oriented and are committed to challenges You are a binding personality that is important for reliability and quality awareness
