Sales Support & Marketing Staff (m/f/d)

You support our sales team and work closely with the field services and internal departments. You will create offers for potential customers based on their requirements and needs. You participate in the orderly execution of orders. This includes the collection of the order, coordination with other departments, communication with the customer and the corresponding care of our CRM system. You support the sales service in administrative tasks and the organization of customer appointments. You support and drive our marketing activities forward. These include the creation and processing of product presentation documents, newsletters, advertisements, PR material and the design and coordination of online marketing measures. You participate in the planning, organization and supervision of trade fairs and customer events.

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification (industry businessman/wife, office businessman/wife, wholesale and foreign trade, marketing/distribution etc.). First experience in the sales service or customer service desirable. Secure handling of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics) and common office tools (in particular Outlook, Excel, Word). Basic understanding of sales processes (lead management, supply creation, opportunity tracking). Experience in customer communication and appointment. Advantage: Experience in the IT industry or technical affinity. You are open-minded, contact-loving and like to go to others. You bring a pronounced communication strength – in word and writing. You have a creative vein and fun to prepare complex facts appealing. You are characterized by a high self-initiative as well as reliability, accuracy and a proactive way of working. Remarkable: First experiences with email and online marketing.
