The Junior Buyer (m/w/d) supports strategic and operational purchasing in the field of board games, trading card games and pop culture. The function is responsible for the procurement of market-oriented products and actively supports the development of a successful range. Through the sense of trends, industry knowledge and commercial understanding, this role contributes to identifying and economically procuring attractive products with high sales potential. Purchasing of Trading Card Games (TCG), Collectible Card Games (CCG), Table Top and Accessories in the B2B environment Selection of suitable suppliers and building sustainable business relations to ensure economic and demand-oriented procurement Support for price, contract and delivery date negotiations and participation in contract negotiations and the implementation of agreed purchasing conditions Continuous observation of the international TCG, CCG and Pop Culture markets, including current developments in these shopping areas Early detection of relevant trends and derivation of appropriate purchasing decisions Identification and evaluation of new products in terms of market potential, cost-effectiveness and sales opportunities Close coordination with sales, marketing and logistics to ensure optimal availability of goods Cooperation with the Sales & Purchase Analytics team for stock and demand-oriented purchasing planning as well as for creating forecasts and sales forecasts Analysis of sales figures and deriving concrete recommendations for action Promoting AI implementation and continuous development throughout the entire purchasing process

Successfully completed commercial training or business studies Ideally first professional experience in purchasing or product management Industry knowledge of Trading Card Games (TCG), Collectible Card Games (CCG), Table Top and Accessories mandatory Safe handling of economic indicators as well as experience or knowledge in the areas of forecasting, demand planning and inventory control Very good knowledge of the application of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerBI) and ERP systems (e.g. SAGE, SAP...) supplemented by AI user knowledge Knowledge in handling project management software (e.g. Asana) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Outstanding interest in trading card games, board games and pop culture, combined with the feeling for new market trends and future sales successes Analytical and commercial thinking and high affinity for process optimization using AI Communication strength and team capacity supplements with safe occurrence and negotiation skills
