About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. In the coming years, we are moving our sites step by step towards an ecological and economically viable energy supply – CO2-conscious and sustainable. You drive forward the strategic development of our property portfolio. Designing your extensive vision and experience in project management in the real estate sector You actively contribute to the future of our portfolio and make an important contribution to the efficient and sustainable use of our nationwide service buildings. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Collection, analysis and assessment of the existing real estate portfolio in terms of economic efficiency, sustainability and strategic development potential Control of projects to optimize the use and development of our real estate Creation of cost-effectiveness studies and implementation of investment decisions Close cooperation with internal disciplines for the derivation of strategic decision bases Due to our nationwide properties, the exercise of the activity is linked to isolated and well-planable business trips.

With your strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking and safe handling of IT systems and programs, you create the basis for sound decisions. You communicate at eye level, exchange actively with your colleagues and develop solutions together. In addition, you have the following: A completed university education (Bachelor or Diploma (FH)) in a field of economics or an immobility-related study programme Multiannual professional experience based on the task described above Ideal experience with a CAFM or portfolio management system
