Employee Complaint Processing in Logistics (m/f/d)

You're expecting You support us in the day-to-day business at our logistics center in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen. Check and check the complainted goods and document the cases in our system. You prepare the goods for shipping and return shipment to our manufacturers and customers: inside and organize the collections with the shipping service providers. You work closely with the complaint team in Kirchentellinsfurt and give your assessment to the individual complaint cases. You will have a great team around you that supports each other and is available to you with all your questions.

You have experiences from retail or textile production and ideally have first experience in quality management. Cross-catchers: women with interest in outdoor equipment and textile are also welcome. You have craftsmanship and it is fun to carry out small repairs on textiles or equipment. A reliable, accurate and independent procedure is of course for you. You are a:e team player:in and like to pack from Monday to Friday to offer our customers the best service. You are used to handling the PC and have no fear of touch with our company software. Good knowledge of German and basic English in word and writing complete your profile.
