As a (Senior) Manager of Insurance Mathematics (m/w/d), you analyze complex risks in the insurance business and make them controllable by mathematical models and machine learning methods - so you contribute to strategic decisions. Consultation: Your own responsibility will accompany and support our customers in the context of demanding consulting projects on a variety of topics in the insurance industry. Interface: In the integration of model results into corporate management and as a driver for the further development of corporate models, you are contact person:in. Expertise: For academic and strategic questions, you accompany our customers and are First Mover when it comes to new, innovative solutions. Management: You accompany and manage M&A processes, restructuring and re-establishment of financial services companies. Innovation: Together with clients, you develop new products based on profitability and market analyses and represent us through participation in events.

Completion in mathematics, business mathematics or business administration with a focus on mathematics or business analytics Ideally, 4-7 years of professional experience in a consulting company or in a corresponding position in an insurance or financial services company knowledge of regulatory requirements and their implementation, qualification to actuar (DAV or comparable) Leadership experience, solution-oriented working, ability to inspire people of ideas and translate them into reality
