We realize construction projects for our own real estate stock, as well as as as general contractors. Position In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a building energy consultant with certification (m/w/d) for cooperation to implement demanding turnkey housing projects in full time.

Expert advice and support for demanding energy efficiency and sustainability projects – You introduce your know-how and coordinate the implementation of sustainability concepts Competent contact person for internal and external customers who advises you on the development of sustainable energy and sustainability strategies Identification of suitable funding programmes for innovative and future-oriented measures – including structural-technical solutions Creation and support of funding applications for our customers and internal departments in order to optimally implement projects economically Accompanying our construction measures as a certified editor

Bachelor / Master in Architecture, Civil Engineering / Green Building Engineering / Energy Efficiency / Human and Environment / Building, Energy and Environmental Engineering / Building Energy and Information Technology – Sustainable Building Technology / Green Building Systems / Technical Building Equipment / Supply Technology or similar courses Experience with all relevant KfW funding programs as auditor Listed as an energy efficiency expert at BAFA or DENA or listing possible Class B driving licence
