As a Disponent / Transport Coordinator (m/w/d), you are responsible for the organization and control of the transport flows through the Logistik-HUB in Germany. They coordinate the transport of and to the various locations in Europe and overseas. Their tasks include the organisation and follow-up of road and sea freight transport, the calculation and optimization of cargo and the management of logistics service providers.

Planning and efficient coordination of road transport between different European countries and the logistics Calculation and optimization of truck and container charges Monitoring and tracking of shipments including complaint management Cooperation with various internal units and external logistics service providers to meet transport requirements Administration and follow-up of all import and export declarations Reporting on transport and logistics activities and implementation of performance indicators and optimization potentials

Closed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businesswoman, forwarding businesswoman, logistics businesswoman or an economic study with a focus on logistics First professional experience in a comparable position in transport Knowledge of transport planning software and tools Knowledge of international trade and customs processes Excellent communication skills and a reliable English Dynamic, self-motivated and well-organized personality
