For our department of turnkey construction, we amplify our team for use in the Hamburg area and look for a project manager with a completed degree course, which has at least ten years of professional experience in the field of TGA.

Generally responsible management of all TGA plants (heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary facilities, building automation, electrical engineering – strong current and weak current – as well as sprinkler technology) in demanding turnkey construction projects (e.g. office buildings, hotels, laboratories) Control of all project phases: from planning to execution to handover Coordination and guidance of external planners and specialist engineers, interface management Coordination with utilities, audit experts, contractors and tenants Development of the award documents and support for the award of subcontractors Control and testing of plant planning and work for schedules Concept creation and control of the commissioning process including expert collections and instructions Quality assurance during the construction phase (no active TGA construction line) Advice in the warranty phase Participation in new acquisitions Examination of the calculation bases and development of cost approaches Creation of customer- or user-related TGA concepts, development of special proposals Technical examination of the GU contract documents

Complete studies in supply technology, building technology, energy and environmental technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as project manager TGA or HKLS, ideally in plant engineering, TGA planning, construction management or turnkey construction Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements Safe handling of tendering and planning tools (e.g. AVA software such as iTWO, Planserver, CDE platform such as DALUX) Embossed technical understanding and high quality awareness Self-employed, structured working and sovereign appearance Communication and leadership skills in dealing with internal and external partners Enforcement and Responsibility Teamability and joy in addressing complex tasks in a solution-oriented manner
