You are the friendly face of our shopping center Stern Center Potsdam (SCP) and make sure our customers feel good at any time – even in turbulent moments. You receive calls, provide reliable information and make sure that everything goes round in customer information. In addition, you are responsible for the coupon sale including billing, take care of fund items and carry out center announcements. This position is occupied as a remedy (part time).

You have a completed commercial training in a service-oriented profession, e.g. in trade, in hotel industry, gastronomy or a comparable area. In addition, you have been able to gain at least one year experience in customer service with direct and telephone contact. You are communicative, go open to people and like to work in the team. You are also involved in shiftwork – including weekends – during the commercial opening hours with commitment and a smile. Good knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of English and fluent knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.
