Our rehaVital headquarters in Hamburg consists of a team of about 45 employees: in addition to supporting more than 130 member companies at more than 1,000 locations in their daily work. With over 30 years of experience, we are one of the largest groups in the German medical aid market. Our members are mainly medical specialist shops and health companies, which are found under the joint umbrella brand rehaVital despite their independent appearance. For them we offer services in communication with the health insurance companies, negotiate with these supply contracts, act for all rehaVital members purchase conditions with the supplier partners, support in billing, make us also at political level strong for the concerns of our members and for the entire auxiliary industry and offer up-to-date solutions for the digitalization of the industry. As a market leader, we set standards when it comes to contracts with health insurance companies, innovative supply models and digitalization in the aid market. Our health insurance management is a key success factor: we negotiate, shape and secure contracts that shape the supply reality for people and our member companies. In order to support this key area, we are now looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented house lawyer / a home lawyer (m/w/d), who combines legal competence with pragmatism, strategic thinking and willingness to design.

Legal advice of rehaVital and its member companies on all relevant issues of health and social security law Examination, design of contracts, support for contract management in negotiations with health insurance companies, associations and partners in the aid market and support for supervisory procedures and arbitration processes Selection, assignment and control of external firms Legal support for digitalization projects (eRegulation, Contract Data Management System) Interface management and cross-departmental cooperation with Business Development, IT and member companies

Full jury with second state exam Funded knowledge in social law, ideally with a focus on health and social security law Multiannual (min. 5 years) Professional experience in contract design or legal advice – preferably in health care, in an association organisation or health insurance Careful, structured, independent, but above all solution-oriented and practical work Communication strength, stability and negotiation skills – you represent positions clearly and convincingly Technology openness and interest in digital processes: You can think requirements legally, strategically and technically.
