Accompanying and consulting our trainees during nursing training

Preparation for State Examinations

Practical support and cooperation with the cooperating practical institutions

Participation in curricular and pedagogical concepts

Participation in school projects and quality development processes

Completed training in a nursing profession

Complete study of nursing education, medical education, care management or a comparable qualification

Ideally professional experience in nursing and/or teaching

Educational skills, sense of responsibility and joy in work with trainees

Teamability, communication strength and independent working

Willingness to continue professional and educational development
