Professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team in financial and accounting Responsibility for proper accounting as well as the timely creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Implementation and further development of consolidated accounting including consolidation Contact for banks, auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders Responsibility for cash management and liquidity planning Participation in reporting to management and shareholders Management and support of projects to optimize financial processes Active participation of ERP and digitization projects, especially in ERP migrations Identification and implementation of potential improvements in processes, systems and organisational processes

Successfully completed further education on the account holder (IHK), an economic study with a focus on accounting, finance or controlling or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting, ideally in a corporate structure with several companies or alternatively relevant experience in auditing Detectional security according to HGB Knowledge of consolidated accounting and consolidation Experience in cooperation with auditors, banks and tax advisors Practical experience in cash management and liquidity management Multiannual leadership experience as well as pleasure in the development and leadership of teams Experience in ERP introduction, migration or digitization projects Very good knowledge of modern ERP systems and safe handling of MS Excel Excellent analytical skills and a high quality standards Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Hands-on mentality associated with strategic understanding Communication strength, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence at different hierarchical levels High reliability, integrity and sense of responsibility
