Lawyer in Approval and Planning Law

You are responsible for consulting strategic decisions and for the processing of individual requests in public law You take over the content and organisational support of opposition and action You coordinate our administrative communication and participate in public appointments, such as discussions, community meetings, etc. You support us in all public policy issues related to planning and approval, in particular wind energy, solar and hydrogen projects You carry out training of employees across departments

You are a full lawyer and have successfully completed your two legal state exams You could already gain practical experience as a lawyer in the relevant fields of law You can demonstrate extensive knowledge in public building law, nature and species protection law as well as procedural law and have experience in monitoring planning and approval procedures You have good knowledge of how to use the common software programs You master the German language fluently and the English language well You are characterized by a strong communication capability, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, and you are an absolute team player.
