Responsibility for the operational purchasing of an associated production area Examination and processing of order confirmations and monitoring of delivery dates Ensuring timely material supply in coordination with internal specialist areas and suppliers Invoicing and processing and tracking of dunning operations Calculation of material consumption and implementation of stock adjustments in the commodity economy system Participation in annual inventory and support in the clarification of stock deviations Maintenance and updating of relevant purchasing and supplier data in the ERP system Support in the continuous optimization of purchasing and procurement processes

A successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training First professional experience in disposition and purchasing Good knowledge in MS Office as well as first experiences with an ERP system Organizational talent, ready-to-use, reliability and independent, quality-conscious work Team and communication skills, flexibility and loadability
