Internist care: You take over the internalist care of the patients of our neurological clinic in the fields of acute eurology and intensive medicine, early neurological rehabilitation and further neurological rehabilitation. Dialysis and extracorporeal therapy procedures: You serve intermittent dialyses and extracorporeal therapy procedures in the early rehabilitation stations as well as in our intensive care unit with 36 beds. Immunadsorption process: You carry out immunoadsorption procedures in close cooperation with the neurological and intensive medical teams. Internist and nephrological advice: You advise and supervise the early rehabilitation and rehabilitation stations in internalist and nephrological questions. Internal diagnostics and interventions: You carry out autonomously internalist diagnostics and interventions and actively participate in this, in particular in the areas of Sonography (including TEE), EKG, lung function, long-term ECG, long-term RR, bronchoscopy, gastroscopy, colonoscopy and in the installation of PEG probes. Consiliar activity: You take over internalistic and nephrological consiles throughout the neurological clinic. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely and trustfully with the fields of neurology, intensive medicine and other disciplines. It is possible to further develop the upper medical position.
