In this role, you are actively involved in the planning of time and in the risk and data management of development and series projects. This includes, in particular, the specific initialling, updating and further development of project and programme schedules. In this context, you will support the project and programme management in real-time scheduling, prioritizing and structuring of projects. You analyze existing timetables for logic, completeness and feasibility and derive suggestions for optimisation. The docu­ment and follow­up of date changes, including trans­parent re­creation and presentation of effects, are also part of your tasks, such as data and risk management, and the preparation of updated information for reporting. You also actively participate in the development of standards, templates and procedures in the Project Office.

A successful study in the field of engineering or economics with a technological focus or a comparable qualification is the ideal precondition for this position. You have already been able to complement your knowledge by several years of professional experience in the project management, ideally including an IPMA level D certification. You can be found in complex projects and have very good knowledge in MS Project. Its high social skills and skills enable you to combine different interests and create a sustainable relationship in time planning. You are willing to accept technical and com­municative responses to time planning and to comply with their implementation in an address-oriented, empirical and binding manner.
