Tasks:

• Take the lead of our sales support team by introducing your expertise
• You make sure that our sales team is equipped with the latest data, tools and resources to deliver top performance
• Close cooperation with our Customer Care area to develop customized solutions
• Planning and organisation of training and events for internal and external participants to continuously develop and strengthen our team
• Overview of specific customer requests to ensure the best possible support of our external service
• Continuous optimization of our service quality and workflows, in particular through innovative digitalization approaches that drive you operationally
• Introduction and implementation of suggestions to improve our processes and further development of the team

Competences:

• A completed commercial training or a corresponding study form the solid basis of your expertise
• With your proven professional experience in Sales Support/Internal Sales Service and first leadership experience, you are ready to climb the next level of your career
• They have practical experience with leading ERP (especially SAP) and CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and bring a deep understanding of the sales bases with
• With excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, you are able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Your outstanding communication skills allow you to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• You are a team player through and through and can motivate your team and inspire them to excellence
• You control German in word and writing at a very good level
